How can I become a creator?
At Fanblebee, all users can become creators. However, You need to submit your ID for age verification.
How can I become a member of a fan club?
You just need to subscribe yourself to join your favorite creators fan clubs. Some subscriptions are free, while others need payments by beecoin.
How can I unblock/unmute creators or users?
Click "⁝" on the top right of the homepage to chose [Block・Mute] in [Profile]. You can unblock/unmute from the list.
How can I cancel my account?
Unless you're subscribed, you won't get charged, so cancellation from Fanblebee is unnecessary. However if you'd like to completely delete your account, you can cancel it. Upon cancellation, everything including your registry information, acquired beecoin data, and access to purchase history will be deleted. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact us.
Please check if your email address and password are entered correctly and ensure there are no unnecessary spaces at the front or end. If you're unsure of your password, please use PASSWORD REMINDER form.

About Point(beecoin) System

If you click on ""⁝"" at the top right on home page, you can check your own current beecoin and also buy more. Purchase and usage history can be checked under Profile.

What happens if there aren't enough beecoin?
If there are not enough beecoin at the time of subscription renewal, remaining beecoin won't be used. Instead, the same subscription price will be charged on your credit card. We don't automatically cancel your subscription, so please cancel it before the next pay cycle if you wish not to continue your subscription.
Can I cancel the purchase of a subscription or content that has already been settled?
Please note that we do not accept any cancellation (refund) after the payment is completed.
How can I cancel my subscription of a fan club?
After login, on the top page where you can see the list of your subscriptions, please click the Cancel button. Your next subscription won't be renewed and subsequent charges will stop.
Will I lose access to the fan club as soon as I cancel my membership?
You will be able to access the content until the paid subscription period is over, not immediately after you cancel your membership.
How to send tips
You can send a tip from "Send tips" in the comment section of the creator's post. Tip types are 100beecoin, 500beecoin, 1000beecoin, 1500beecoin. 1 beecoin is equivalent to 1 yen.
How to send DMs
Go to the creator's homepage (click on crestor's profile picture) and click the icon.
How to sercha creators
You can search by entering part of the creator's name from the upper right side of the screen or the in the center of the screen.
Bookmark
You can bookmark the post you like, and you can easily to back your favorite posts.
Hashtag search (tag search)
You can search for tags attached to content from the mark on the upper left of the screen.

Comments are for fans to share. Support creators with positive comments.
How to share a creator's post
You can easily copy the URL of the content by clicking ... next to the date. Post it on your SNS and support your favorite creators
About auto-renewal of subscriptions
The first subscription will be deducted from the Beecoin you have, but if you do not have enough Beecoin at the time of payment in the next month, the remaining Beecoin will not be consumed and the same amount as the subscription fee will be deducted from your registered credit card. If you wish to withdraw, please cancel the subscription yourself before the next update as it will not be automatically unsubscribed.
Creator subscription fees have changed.
Even if the creator's subscription fee is changed, the amount at the time the subscription started will continue. If you want to start resubscribing with a new amount, stop the subscription before the subscription renewal date, let it expire, and resubscribe after the renewal date.
I'm on a paid plan, but I haven't received any updates from the creators.
We recommend that you send a DM to the creator, leave a comment, and if there is no response, unsubscribe. If you press the unsubscribe button from the subscribed list, you can view it until the renewal date, but it will not be renewed after the next time and billing will be stopped.

About monthly subscription fee settings

Posting contents
You can post content from the top right of the homepage + (bottom for smartphone display) or "Post/Upload" from the menu. I can't upload the video

Can I schedule a post?
You can reserve posts up to 90 days in advance from "Book your post" at the bottom of the posting screen.
Can I change the price of a plan/single item?
You can change your monthly plan amount at any time, but followers who are already subscribed will continue to pay the subscription fee at the time they started their subscription. You cannot change the price of single item content. If you really want to change it, please delete it and post it again. However, please refrain from deleting content that has already been purchased, as it may cause trouble with your subscribers.
Can non-fans see my posts?
Free content can be viewed by any users.

Can I delete my post?
Content can basically be deleted at any time, but we do not recommend paid content or content that generates tips in order to prevent complaints from those who purchased it.
Can I delete comments by fan?
Inappropriate comments posted by fans can be removed at any time.
Content that cannot be posted:
Content that includes minors, duplicates of photos published on the web, and obscene expressions such as genitalia. Please note that if we judge that the site violates the rules, we will delete it without contacting you.
